A. System

1. Hard- and Software is provided by ZoechlingNet.
2. ZoechlingNet is not responsible for contents, those are completely in the hands of the community operator.
3. Attacks, hacking, security holes:
   Hacking attacks, service attacks (e.g. DOS), searching for security holes in the system is strictly prohibited and log files will be handed out to public authorities.
   Known security holes are to be reported (here).
4. Only single, natural, real persons are allowed to register with the system. Only 1 (one) account is allowed per person and community (excluding administrative purposes). An account is only to be used by its respective owner. Access data for the account is to be kept confidential.
5. Specifying wrong data or faking actually incorrect personal data is not allowed.
6. Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled before a competent Vienna/Austria court of law.
7. Changes to these user policies can be made at any time without notification to users and is accepted silently with its publication on the web pages by all registered members.
8. With transmitting your data, you accept that this data is saved electronically.
9. The severability clause applies to this policies.
10. The German version of those policies (the system part as seen e.g. on ZoechlingNet) is normative, the translation is only available for convenience of users in other languages.

B. Community "Connecting People"

These policies can be changed by the community administrator made at any time without notification to users and is accepted silently with its publication on the web pages by all registered members.
